*Charis Daily Devotionals – Sunday, 14th September 2025* *Guard the Vision, Write the Vision* *Author:* Louis Mulongoti > *_“And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” — Habakkuk 2:2 (KJV)_* God gives us visions, dreams, and assignments not to be hidden in fear but to be preserved with wisdom. The world teaches, “Until it’s done, tell none,” because many plans have been aborted by premature exposure. Indeed, wisdom calls for silence until the right moment. But when God speaks, His instruction is different, He commands us to write the vision and make it plain, so that those connected to it may run with it. The balance lies in discernment: not every dream is meant to be announced to everyone, but every God-given vision must be recorded and shared at the right time. Writing it down is both a declaration of faith and an act of obedience. Guard your vision against wrong ears, but never hide what God wants the world to see. > *_“Cast not your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.” — Matthew 7:6 (KJV)_* *Prayer/Confession* Lord, give me wisdom to guard the vision You have given me. Help me to know when to keep silent and when to declare. I will write the vision, trust in Your timing, and run faithfully with what You have spoken, in Jesus Christ's name.
