Many churches today have shifted focus from the main mission that Jesus gave us. Instead of prioritizing the Great Commission, we often get caught up in building bigger structures, buying instruments, and holding fellowships that lack depth.

Yet Christ’s command was clear:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19–20).

The early church did not measure success by buildings or possessions, but by how many lives were transformed through the Word and power of the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:42 tells us, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.”

True fellowship should not be shallow entertainment, but a place where believers are equipped, sinners are called to repentance, and disciples are raised. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 10:14, “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?”

Let us return to the heart of the Gospel—preaching Christ, making disciples, and living as salt and light in the world.
