The Word of God tells us in Isaiah 40:31 that those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength, they will soar on wings like eagles, they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. My brothers and sisters, this means that no matter how weak we feel, no matter how heavy life becomes, when we place our trust in God, He gives us new strength. The eagle does not fight the storm; it uses the storm to rise higher. In the same way, when trials come our way, we are not meant to be destroyed by them but lifted by them, if only our hope remains in the Lord. Do not give up, do not be weary, for your God is faithful, and He will carry you through every season.
