THE PILGRIMS GUIDE  TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 TRIUMPHING OVER UNSEEN BATTLES 1 A WORD FROM THE WORD: "Lastly, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his power. Take up God's instruments of war, so that you may be able to keep your position against all the deceits of the Evil One. For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against authorities and powers, against the world-rulers of this dark night, against the spirits of evil in the heavens." Ephesians 6:10-12 BBE. Everyone of us is fighting a battle that we don't know about or cannot fully describe in human terms. These are spiritual battles that we often wish they do not exist, but as long as life itself is spiritual, these are bound to be there in one way and area or the other. Our anchor Scripture above is a good working foundational text on spiritual warfare; and it's very clear on the 'unseen' nature of these battles. But beyond the clarity, it offers a strategy for winning these battles; and that is God's armour. The use of God's armour in your unseen battles guarantees you victory on every side. These unseen spiritual battles are internal and predicated on, and not limited to the following areas: thoughts, doubts, lies and pride, but you shouldn't worry off your head if you're a true child of God whose faith and trust is completely anchored in, and is aligned in God and His word. This is due to the truthful fact that your ultimate victory comes through the power of God, and not human efforts, even in the face of spiritual oppression and suffering. PRAYER BULLETS: LORD Jesus, thank You for Your whole armour. Open my eyes to the possible spiritual realities in, around and about me, and help me to put on Your armour.
