Psalms 4:8 NIV In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.

Good morning and praise God. I hope you are having a great day. It is a great day God has given us. Kenyan youths among other people of different age have been flocking into JCM from yesternight for a thanksgiving service . Recently it was Rhema Festival, they flocked in there too. Why do these same people stay at home and watch online services and those goes to their churches arrive there late unlike in these places where they are arriving hours before time and some even sleeping there awaiting? I heard one who arrived at midnight say she was ready to stay for today's service at JCM up to four in the evening today! In my church you will preach to seats if service exceeds three hours. I wish all these people grow that spirit of "I was glad when they said to me , let us go into the house of the LORD. Psalms 122:1" Indeed everyone is looking for a place of peace. A place of love and compassion. A place of true love and care. All these can only be found in one place. Isaiah 9:5 "For to us a child is born,a son will be given to us,and the government will be upon His shoulder. His Name will be called Wonderful Counselor,Mighty God My Father of Eternity, Prince of Peace." David had known this secret. He says he will lie down and sleep for God alone make him dwell in safety. It is not about any church or any minister but being in God's presence. Jesus Christ is the Prince of Peace. We all need to draw no Him. As ministers, teachers and friends of Jesus, we have a duty to direct all to Jesus. If your message does not direct them that hear you to Jesus, let this day remind you about the Great Commission. Matthew 28:19-20 ICB So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach them to obey everything that I have told you. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of the world.” God loves you, have a blessed Sunday. Shalom. Shalom.
