THE PILGRIMS GUIDE MONDAY OCTOBER 20, 2025 LIVING IN LIGHT OF ETERNAL PURPOSE A WORD FROM THE WORD: "I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God." Ephesians 1:16-17 NLT. Have you ever had the opportunity to personally pray some of the prayers offered under the New Testament for yourself, especially the prayers Paul, the apostle prayed for the church in Ephesus? (1:15-23). Paul, by the inspiration of Holy Spirit prayed in his epistle that they may receive spiritual wisdom and insight to know three important things of the Christian faith, life and ministry, namely: 1). That the heart of every blood purchased member of the body of Christ would experience the hope of everything God has called us to, 2). That the hearts of the Christian would be flooded with light so that we can understand the confident hope He has given to those He called - a future hope. Something that cannot be physically seen or mentally understood yet. But we can experience God's surpassing power in leading us to pursue this hope, 3). To live rightly before Him in the abundant power He gives us to choose to obey Him. A glimpse of the greatness of God's power as displayed in the resurrection of the LORD Jesus. These prayers has been a powerful Kingdom sensitive prayer of all times. Why not pray these into your life today. PRAYER BULLETS: ABBA Father, I come humbly before You today, and ask You to enable me by Your grace, to flood my heart with Your Light so I can understand the confident hope You have given me. Let my life be a testimony that prayer works.
