๐Ÿ•Š DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 307
DATE: 3RD NOVEMBER, 2025
TOPIC: THE FIRST THING EVERYONE NEEDS IS JESUS
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: Matthew 6:33 (KJV)
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE:

The first and most important thing that every person needs in life is Jesus Christ. Before anything else, before success, favor, or breakthroughs — one must first encounter the Kingdom of God and allow it to find expression in their lives. This is why both John the Baptist and Jesus began their ministries with the same message: “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand.”

Repentance means a change of heart and direction — turning away from the kingdom of darkness and submitting to the rulership of God. When people heard John the Baptist, they confessed their sins and were baptized as a symbol of new birth and transformation. Likewise, Jesus’ ministry emphasized entering the Kingdom of God through repentance and faith in Him.

Unfortunately, many today desire the rewards of the Kingdom — healing, prosperity, promotion, and success — but reject the King Himself. They want what God gives but not the relationship that sustains those blessings. Yet, the Scripture is clear: “They that know their God shall be strong and do exploits.” (Daniel 11:32). It is not those who merely know about God, but those who know Him personally that manifest power and results.

Beloved, everything we desire in life flows from a living relationship with Jesus. He is the foundation upon which every other blessing is built. Therefore, as disciples of Christ, we must share this good news of love with others — that true life begins when one receives Jesus. Let’s offer the world not just material help, but the greatest help of all — introducing them to the Savior who transforms hearts and destinies.

PRAYER:

Father, thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help me to know You more and to make You known. Give me the grace to preach the gospel of Your Kingdom with boldness and to lead others into a relationship with You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

DAILY BIBLE READING:Matthew 3:1–12; John 3:3–7; Daniel 11:32; Romans 10:9–10
