#The #Danger #of #an #Uncorrectable #Church.
#Pastors, when someone is in your church and you #cannot #correct that #person, it becomes a great danger to the ministry God has entrusted to you.
A church that loses the voice of correction will soon lose the presence of God. Correction is one of the proofs of love and spiritual maturity.
The moment a pastor becomes afraid to correct certain people perhaps because they are financial pillars, old members, or talented musicians then the foundation of that church is already shaking.
Many churches today are in trouble not because the devil entered, but because the pastor allowed compromise to stay. When you value a person’s financial contribution more than their spiritual growth, you have already replaced truth with favoritism. When you fear to correct an old member because of their loyalty, you have elevated man above God. When you allow musicians or leaders to live in sin without rebuke because of their gifts, you are protecting talent and destroying holiness.
Pastor, remember that the church is not yours it is God’s. You are not called to please men; you are called to lead them in righteousness. Any person you cannot correct has already become a small “god” in your church. And if you don’t confront that spirit, it will eventually confront your calling.
Correction may offend some people, but it saves the church from decay. If you truly love your members, correct them in truth and in love. Don’t let anyone become untouchable in God’s house, because the moment correction dies, corruption takes over.
