THE PILGRIMS GUIDE TUESDAY NOVEMBER 11, 2025 PREPARATION FOR DIVINE ASSIGNMENT A WORD FROM THE WORD: "And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means, 'My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?'" Mark 15:33, ESV. Trials purify the life and character of the true child of God for greater usefulness in His hand and service. This, among other things is referred to as the wilderness of life. That point or an experience in one's life's journey where it seems that God has forgotten you. It's about troubles, difficult situations and circumstances and challenges of life. A place where there seem to be no hope, a place of conflict or confusion. For most who have experienced it, that's the point of seeking God, fortunately, for most who seek God at this point with all their heart, do find Him. For one to be an agent of change with God, wilderness of life is one of the required experiences. The LORD Jesus walked through this path of conflict, but He did not give in to the deceit of the enemy of His soul. Whenever you find yourself on this path, remember that it's a time to be extra vigilant because the enemy of your soul is ever lurking around the corner to fulfill his ministry. PRAYER BULLETS: Father LORD, thank You for Your training programmes for me as experiencing the wilderness of life. Help me to maximise the gains, to Your glory, my benefit, and that of humanity.
