THE WORD THAT GIVES LIFE TO THE DRY

Ezekiel 37:7-9 "So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them. The he said to me, prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to it, This is what the Sovereign Lord says, come breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live."

There are places deep inside us where we've stopped expecting life, dry places, no more tears, no more hope, no more faith, these are the broken dreams, unanswered prayers, and unfulfilled promises we've buried. And like the prophet Ezekiel, you look around the valley of your soul and see only dry bones, too many, too dry. But then God asks: "Can these bones live?" (Ezekiel 37:3). And even you may not know the answer, He does. He is not asking you to bring them back to life, He is asking you to speak His Word over them because His voice carries the power to breathe life where no one else sees hope. And the bones lived! Because when God's voice breaks through the impossible, even the driest places begin to breathe again. So today, stop speaking doubt over your valley, start speaking God's Word. The Bible is not just comfort, it's breath, it's power and it's resurrection.

There are still parts of your life that feel unfinished, but that doesn't mean God has canceled His purpose. If His Word is alive and active, then no valley gets the final say.

PRAYER
God of the impossible, today I give You every dry place in me, every broken dream, tired prayer, and lost promise. Breathe Your Spirit afresh into the valley of my soul and let Your Word bring life where I have stopped hoping. Let Your voice raise me from within, bringing new purpose to my ruins. I don't want to live in sorrow, I want to live by the power of Your voice that lifts me and makes me whole. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Shalom!!!
