1. Morning Prayer
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as [it is] in heaven. ⏤ Matthew 6:10
The will of God will not take us where the grace of God cannot sustain us. ⏤ Billy Graham
Our Father in Heaven, hallowed be Your name. May Your kingdom come. May Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Let Your kingdom come into our hearts and into our home. Help us to do Your will as it is done by those who are before Your throne. Too often, we want our own way and struggle to accept Yours. Give us the grace to cheerfully accept whatever You ask us to do or endure.
Yesterday, we made promises to live faithfully and follow Your commandments as we worshiped You. Help us to keep those vows today as we return to the world. Don’t let sin have control over us. Keep us from falling into temptation. Protect us from being influenced by bad company or the ways of the world. Keep us under the guidance of Your Spirit.
We ask You to give us more grace. We want to live abundant spiritual lives and produce abundant fruit. May we be branches in the vine that bring honor to You. Let the fruits of the Spirit grow in us—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. May those who seek us out for comfort, friendship, strength, or help find something that nourishes their souls.
We also ask for personal blessings for all our family members. Sweeten our home life and bind us together with tender love. Help us to support and strengthen each other in every way. Be our helper so that we can help many others in turn. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

MEMORISE:
“And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.” - (Matthew 10:7)
BIBLE READING: DANIEL 12:1-3 (KJV)
1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.
2 And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
MESSAGE:
Some time ago, I was invited by the president of my country to preach at his daughter's wedding. There were many VIPs there - heads of state, diplomats, top government officials, and the like. At the end of my sermon, I made an altar call. Later, someone called my son and asked, "What kind of pastor is your father, making altar calls at a state wedding?" I explained to my son that the reason I accepted the invitation was because I wanted to win souls for God. Many of the VIPs at the wedding were not Christians, and I saw it as an opportunity for them to hear God's word.
The greatest good anyone can do for humanity is to win souls for Christ. If you do this, you are automatically making the world a better place. Genuine Christians don't rob banks, so if you win souls, the rate of robbery will reduce. Genuine Christians don't lie and steal, so if you win souls, there will be less corruption in the society. If you refuse to win souls for Christ, the society will only get worse.
If a genuine Christian runs for a political office and the voters are all corrupt, do you think they will let him or her win? Thieves will not come together to vote a policeman into power. Therefore, it is important to convert the unbelievers in the society into believers so that the righteous can rule and the land can be prosperous (Proverbs 14:34). For your society and standard of living to improve, you need to win souls for God, plant churches, and do mighty works for Him. This way, you won't have to worry about politics. If you win your town for Christ, the leaders of the town will be children of God, and Proverbs 29:2 says that when the righteous rule, the people rejoice.
A soul winner is a vessel that brings salvation to others. He or she is a giver, a blessing, a co-worker with God, and a divine partner with Him. Being a soul winner has several benefits. When you become a soul winner, you will enjoy greater blessings than just being a Christian who does not bear fruits in God's kingdom because the Bible says that it is more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35). Soul winning also gives you greater access to answered prayers (John 15:16).
Beloved, make up your mind to become an ardent soul winner for Christ - it is in your best interest.

4. A PRAYER- FOR NIGERIA: A CALL TO FAST AND SEEK GOD'S INTERVENTION.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you with heavy hearts, burdened by the state of the nation, Nigeria. We lift up President Tinubu and all those in authority, that you would grant them wisdom, courage, and discernment to lead our nation towards peace, security, and prosperity.
Give Your king Your judgments, O God, and Your righteousness to the King's Son. May he judge Your people with righteousness and Your afflicted ones with justice. (Psalm 72:1-2)
We pray for an end to the bloodshed, the killings, and the violence that have ravaged our land. We ask that you would protect our citizens, especially the vulnerable and the innocent, from the ravages of terrorism and extremism.
The Lord will fulfill His purpose for me; Your steadfast love, O God, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of Your hands. (Psalm 138:8)
We confess, Lord, that our nation has been plagued by corruption, division, and a lack of vision. We pray that you would forgive us for our sins and grant us a spirit of unity, humility, and a desire to serve one another.
If My people who are called by My name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
We ask that you would guide President Tinubu's administration, that they would seek your guidance and wisdom in all their decisions. We pray for his diplomatic efforts, that they would be fruitful and beneficial to our nation.
The king's heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes. (Proverbs 21:1)
We lift up our teachers, Lord, who are the architects of our future generations. We pray that you would grant them strength, wisdom, and courage in the face of challenges. May they be well-equipped to impart knowledge and values to our children
And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. (2 Timothy 2:2)
We pray for our diplomats and ambassadors, that they would be wise, competent, and committed to promoting Nigeria's interests abroad. We ask that you would raise up seasoned diplomats who would effectively represent our nation and foster positive relationships with other countries.
The Lord gives the word; the women who announce the news are a great hostess. (Psalm 68:11)
We pray for the victims of violence and their families, that you would comfort them and provide for their needs. We pray for the perpetrators of violence, that they would know your love and turn away from violence.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. (Matthew 5:9)
