Good morning God
Dear Heavenly Father,
In this holy Christmas season, I come before You with a humbled and broken heart, overwhelmed by the mystery and majesty of Your love. Your Word declares, “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:14). Lord, thank You that Jesus, the eternal Word, stepped down from glory and wrapped Himself in human weakness for our salvation. How great is the love that brought Heaven to earth, that exchanged a throne for a manger, and divine majesty for humble humanity.
Father, when I think of Your grace, my heart is moved. You sent Your Son not to condemn the world, but to save it (John 3:17). You loved us even when we were far from You (Romans 5:8). Lord Jesus, You walked among us, full of grace and truth, healing the broken, lifting the weary, restoring the lost, and revealing the Father’s heart. Thank You that through You, we have seen God’s glory—mercy that forgives, love that restores, and truth that sets us free.
This Christmas, I lay my wounds, fears, and failures at Your feet. Heal my heart with the same compassion that touched the lepers, calmed the storms, and comforted the hurting. Let Your light shine into every dark corner of my soul, for You are the Light of the world (John 8:12). Lord, renew in me a spirit that longs to walk in Your ways and reflect Your love to others.
Thank You, Father, for the indescribable gift of Christ (2 Corinthians 9:15). Thank You that in Him we have hope, peace, and eternal life. May the miracle of Christmas—God with us (Matthew 1:23)—fill my life with worship, gratitude, and deep surrender.
In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
