Joshua 1:9 NLT Just as God promised the children of Israel His abiding presence wherever they go, the same promise is for you and all believers in Christ Jesus, having been ingrafted into the blessings of Abraham. God's affection for you is revealed through His presence. God positioned Queen Esther to save His people from destruction. He heard the prayer of Jabez and enlarged his coast. He sent His Holy Spirit in response to the prayers, praise and worship of Paul and Silas in prison. Your heavenly Father does not shy away or recoil from your weaknesses, pains, or brokenness, rather, He is your ever-present help in times of need. He gave His only begotten Son to die in your stead; who took your sin upon Himself; and reconciled you to Him. In the midst of your darkest days, God’s abiding presence is with you. Apart from sin, nothing can separate you from Him and His love. God shows up even in the most difficult situations and circumstances in your life.
