THE PILGRIMS GUIDE SATURDAY DECEMBER 13, 2025 WORSHIP AS A LIFESTYLE OF ADORATION A WORD FROM THE WORD: "And they sang a new song with these words: 'You are worthy to take the scroll and break its seals and open it. For you were slaughtered, and your blood has ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.'" Revelations 5:9 NLT. John, the beloved, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit writes further in the book of Revelation 5:11-13, 'Then I looked again, and I heard the voices of thousands and millions of angels around the throne and of the living beings and the elders. And they sang in a mighty chorus: “Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered— to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing.” And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang: “Blessing and honor and glory and power belong to the one sitting on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever."' What you have in the narrative above is a powerful and intense worship. Just visualise it, every tribe and language and people and nation were around the throne with everyone worshipping God. When you worship God here on earth, you're already joining that heavenly ensemble, while still here. He loves to see His creation praising Him for how good He is. When your heart overflows with adoration and thankfulness, it doesn't matter how silly and loud or quiet and reserved you are. God loves to hear you just the same. Reflect on this and take some time to express your worship to God regularly because of His worthiness. He longs for your worship, make it a lifestyle of adoration. PRAYER BULLETS: Father LORD, I have come to the realisation that You long for my worshipful adoration. Cloth me with the hunger to make worshipping You a lifestyle, and to worship You for who You are, eternally.
