THE PILGRIMS GUIDE SUNDAY DECEMBER 14, 2025 THE CONSTRAINING LOVE OF CHRIST A WORD FROM THE WORD: "For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again." 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 KJV. Your obedience to the Word of God is proof of your love for Him and His Word. As a true disciple of the LORD Jesus, you cannot genuinely receive the love of Christ without the required obedience to God's Word. Truth be told, there can be no love of anyone or anything without discipline; because love demands devotion and dedication, can you imagine a marriage without marital faithfulness and fidelity? How far will any true child of God go in their walk with God without the discipline of Bible studies, prayers, holiness and sanctification? Without the discipline that is rooted in Christ’s love, you cannot as a Christian go far in your journey through this dark and evil world. Endeavour to have your life and actions be constrained by the love of Christ.
