*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 356* *📅 DATE:22ND DECEMBER, 2025* *TOPIC: VICTORY THROUGH FAITH IN GOD* *Anchor Scripture:Job 13:15 —(NKJV)* *“Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.”* *Devotional Message* So far, we have looked at three vital keys to victory: maintaining a lifestyle of holiness and purity, obedience to divine instructions, and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. Today, we examine another powerful key to victory—faith in God. Faith is having absolute confidence and trust in God regardless of seasons, circumstances, or changes that surround our lives. A clear biblical example of this kind of faith is found in the life of Job. Job lost everything—his children, his wealth, and his possessions. The only things that remained were his wife and his life, because God had placed a boundary the enemy could not cross. Satan believed that by stripping Job of everything that mattered to him, he would cause him to curse God. What the enemy did not understand was that Job’s greatest treasure was his relationship with God. When Job’s wife became an instrument of discouragement and told him to curse God and die, Job responded with remarkable faith. He said, “Shall we indeed accept good from God, and shall we not accept adversity?” Job understood that faith in God is not conditional upon comfort. He went further and declared, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him.” This reveals a faith that is anchored not in material things, but in God Himself. Child of God, if your faith, confidence, and trust are anchored in possessions, status, or worldly success, the enemy can easily shake you. But when your faith is firmly anchored in God, no storm, turbulence, or loss can defeat you. Even when the winds blow and circumstances attempt to sway you, you will remain standing, and you will find peace in the midst of the storm. This same faith gave David the assurance that God would deliver Goliath into his hands. He did not see the size of the giant; he saw the greatness of his God. Likewise, when storms arise in your life, know this—they are already defeated. When God is on your side, no situation is greater than you, and no enemy can triumph over you. With faith in God as a lifestyle, victory becomes your daily experience. *Prayer* Father, I choose to trust You in every season of my life. Help me to anchor my faith in You alone and not in material things. Strengthen my confidence in You so that no storm, loss, or challenge will shake me.
