*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 357* *📅 DATE:23RD DECEMBER, 2025* *TOPIC:THE WORD FROM THE LORD* *Anchor Scripture:Romans 10:17 NKJV* *“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”* *Devotional Message* Another vital element for victory in the believer’s life is having a word from the Lord. Many people end up defeated, not because God is not with them, but because they never truly heard from Him. It is the word from the Lord that sustains us, strengthens us, and keeps us moving forward through the journey of life. You can enter marriage, business, ministry, or pursue a vision, and storms will surely come. What will keep you standing is not emotions, opinions, or circumstances, but the assurance that you heard clearly from the Lord. When challenges arise and nothing seems to be working, the word you received becomes your anchor and reminder that God Himself initiated the journey. The same applies to business and ministry. When delays, losses, or lack of recognition arise, it is the word from the Lord that keeps you from giving up. Even when men do not see or acknowledge what God has placed inside you, if it is from the Lord, it will blossom in due time. Abraham is a clear example. He heard the word of the Lord telling him to leave his kindred and go to a land God would show him. That word sustained him throughout the journey. God also promised that Abraham would be great, that nations would be blessed through him, and that he would have a son. Though circumstances seemed contrary, Abraham believed God, and the Bible records that his faith was credited to him as righteousness. Child of God, what will keep you pushing forward and emerging victorious despite opposition in your marriage, business, ministry, or vision is this—you heard clearly from the Lord. That word is your strength when results delay, your assurance when opposition arises, and your confidence when the journey becomes difficult. Hold on to the word, for it will surely come to pass. *Prayer* Father, I thank You for Your Word that gives me strength and direction. Help me to hear You clearly and to hold firmly to what You have spoken concerning my life. Give me grace to trust Your Word even when results delay. Let Your Word sustain me until fulfillment.
