Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me." 2 Corinthians 12:9 NKJV The grace that LORD Jesus gives is not just the grace of salvation, other 'graces' are received mainly from the school of grace where He is the Principal, the grace of suffering, hardship, the grace that sustains, restrains from pride, the grace that perfects Christ's power through weakness, etc. In this school, you quote and apply all the scriptural references you know in the Bible on victory, success, divine health and supply, yet they are not readily availed you because you're in this school of grace where you're trained to reach the third heaven, and then humbled by a personal 'thorn in the flesh.' This is a school which a heaven-minded child of God does not want to graduate from and the LORD in His goodness and mercy allows us to sustain our enrolment in the training school for the purposes of making the best of us.
