Good morning God

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble and grateful hearts on this blessed Christmas, praising You for Your greatness and for the unfailing mercies that flow from Your throne. We adore You for the promise fulfilled in Your Word: “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given” (Isaiah 9:6). Thank You for the precious gift of Your only Son, Jesus Christ, sent into the world not to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved (John 3:16–17).

Lord, You are truly great and greatly to be praised (Psalm 145:3). Your mercy endures forever, and Your compassion never fails; they are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). In the birth of Jesus, we see Your everlasting love revealed—Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6). Through Him, You brought peace to a broken world and hope to weary hearts (Luke 2:14).

Father, we thank You that Jesus is the Redeemer of the world, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29; 1 John 4:14). In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of Your grace (Ephesians 1:7). You proved Your love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ came for us (Romans 5:8).

This Christmas, help us to reflect Your love, mercy, and grace in our lives. Fill our hearts with joy, faith, and gratitude as we remember the miracle of Emmanuel—God with us (Matthew 1:23). May our lives glorify Your great name, and may we proclaim the good news of salvation to all. We offer You all honor, praise, and thanksgiving, now and forever, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
