❤️INSPIRATION❤️ This verse reminds me of when God asked Abraham to sacrifice his son to prove that Abraham was faithful to Him. God sent his only begotten son to die for us, a shepherd dying to protect his flock of sheep. Through his death and rebirth, we are able to live and understand why he lived and died for us. I must admit that I selfishly think about myself a tremendous amount, often neglecting to think of the ultimate sacrifice that Christ made for you and me. I want to honor his sacrifice and this verse reminds me to do so more than any other. ❤️PRAYER❤️ O my benevolent and caring Lord, how can I repay thee? Your kingdom has come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Incite a passion in me to spread Your holy word. I pray that I can do my part to aid others in finding and loving You. Jesus gave Himself for us, and I pray, loving God, that You assist me in giving myself to You.
