THE RADIANCE OF GODLY WISDOM

A WORD FROM THE WORD:

"Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever." Daniel 12: 3 NLT.

When you want to fully understand Godly wisdom, you need to hear and appreciate what these godly and Biblical characters said. From Daniel, we read ‘the wise will shine... like the stars forever,’  and according to James,  the natural inclinations of the wise are among others, their good life, humility, purity, sincerity, submissiveness, peaceable, attentive, unbiased, merciful and good fruit. (James 3:13-18)

The word of God says we’re here on earth to bear witness to Him (Isaiah 43:10-12; Acts 1:8).  Witnesses of how His grace and love can sustain us in this mortal and sinful world. A world that is filled with anguish, pain, sorrow and death. We're not exempt from these things just because we're Christians, but are empowered by these to joyfully endure and overcome by God's grace.

Often, our greatest witness is during the periods of tough times, but instead of shunting these possible on-the-job and in-house family training programmes the Father has availed us in His wisdom, we should take full advantage of them because our witness is always greater than our words. This is so because our actions are the true manifestations of our real intentions.

PRAYER BULLETS:

1). Father LORD, give me wisdom in all my endeavours, empower me to manifest Christ to all those who will come my way.

2). May I be endued with wisdom, and be found as wise, turning many to righteousness.

3). Crown my efforts with great success and engrace me that I may shine forever and ever.

FURTHER READING:

Proverbs 4:7; 8:1-11; Ecclesiastes 7:12; 1 Corinthians 2:14.
