Good morning God
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You this morning with humble and grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of a new day and the breath of life You have given us. As Your Word declares in Hebrews 4:15–16, we praise You that we do not have a High Priest who is distant or unable to understand our weaknesses, but Jesus Christ, who was tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin. Thank You, Lord Jesus, for knowing our struggles, our fears, and our pain, and still loving us perfectly.
Father, in this quiet morning hour, we draw near to Your throne of grace with confidence—not because of our righteousness, but because of the finished work of Christ on the cross. Just as You invite us in Your Word, we come seeking mercy and grace to help us in our time of need. You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lord, You see the burdens we carry today. Some days feel heavy, and the road ahead seems uncertain. When our strength feels small and our hearts feel weak, remind us that Your grace is sufficient for us, and Your power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Teach us to depend not on ourselves, but fully on You.
Holy Spirit, guide our steps today. Give us wisdom when we do not know what to do (James 1:5). Give us peace that guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6–7). When troubles rise and answers seem far away, help us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Father, we surrender this day into Your loving hands. Strengthen us to walk in faith, obedience, and hope. Let our lives reflect gratitude for the mercy we have received and grace that never runs out. We trust You, we need You, and we praise You, knowing that Your throne is always open to Your children.
In the mighty and compassionate name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.
