Psalm 118:24
“This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Good morning and praise God. Today is my birthday, and I stand in awe of the goodness of the Lord. I was born in Nyeri, facing the majesty of Mt. Kenya, and through the years I have seen God’s hand move in miraculous ways. From schooling to work, from healing to daily provision, the Lord has carried me through challenges and turned them into testimonies. I feel this song sing in me : "Up the mountains down the valley ,on the land and in sea...the LORD is my shepherd in the land of the living, the LORD is good, forevermore....Jesus power, superpower, Satan power powerless power.."
The verse of today reminds me that today is not just another day—it is a day the Lord Himself has made for me to rejoice. Life is a gift, and each year is a chapter written by His hand. As I reflect on my journey, I see His faithfulness shining through every season. The valleys did not consume me, and the mountain tops revealed His glory. Truly, I have reason to be thankful.
I rejoice because God has given me the privilege to share His Word daily with people of all ages like you. That calling is not small—it is a seed planted in many hearts, and I trust Him to water it so that it bears fruit. I rejoice because the same God who has carried me this far will continue to do exceedingly, abundantly above all I ask or imagine.
So today, I lift my voice in thanksgiving. I celebrate not just the years behind me, but the grace that sustains me and the hope that lies ahead. This is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it. I welcome you to rejoice with me . God loves you.
Shalom. Shalom.
