*MINISTRY OF PRAYER (Part 24)*
*Anchor Scripture: John 15:16 (NKJV)*
*“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”*

*Additional Scripture Reading: 1 Timothy 2:3–4; 2 Peter 3:9; Mark 16:15; Romans 10:14–15*

In our previous discussion, we established that pride is a hindrance to answered prayer and that humility positions us to receive from God. Today, we examine another powerful key to answered prayer—fruitfulness, particularly in the area of soul winning.

After being born again, we are not saved merely for ourselves. We are saved with a purpose—to testify of Jesus and lead others to Him. Jesus Himself declared that He chose and appointed us to go and bear fruit, and that our fruit should remain. Attached to this mandate is a powerful promise: when we bear lasting fruit, whatever we ask the Father in Jesus’ name, He will give us.

The primary agenda of God, as revealed in Paul’s letter to Timothy, is that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. Peter also reminds us that God is patient, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. But how will they believe on Someone they haven't heard about? How will they hear of the Gospel that hasn't been preached to them?

When a believer makes soul winning a lifestyle—sharing the gospel, testifying about Christ, and bringing others into the Kingdom—he or she aligns with God’s central mission. And when you align with God’s agenda, heaven backs your prayers.

Soul winning is not optional; it is foundational. It is one of the primary reasons God saved you—that you may participate in the salvation of others. Therefore, when you commit yourself to bearing fruit that remains, you position yourself in a place where your prayers carry divine endorsement.

Child of God, if you make evangelism and testimony your lifestyle, you will discover a new dimension of answered prayer, because you are advancing the very heartbeat of God.

We shall continue tomorrow by God’s grace.
