Daily Devotion — February 18
Peace Through Trust
(Isaiah 26:3 NKJV)
Peace is not circumstantial—it is relational. Isaiah reveals that peace is sustained when the mind remains fixed on God. Trust directs focus, and focus preserves peace.
An unsettled mind often reflects divided trust. Walking with God means training our thoughts to rest on His faithfulness rather than rehearsing fear. God guards peace where trust is steady.
Peace grows when the heart remains anchored in God’s truth.
Reflection Questions:
1. What occupies my thoughts most often?
2. How does trust influence my peace?
3. What would it look like to fix my mind on God today?
Prayer:
Lord, quiet my mind and steady my heart. Help me to trust You fully and fix my thoughts on Your truth. In
Jesus’ name, Amen.
Practical Application:
โ Replace anxious thoughts with Scripture.
โ Pause to pray when peace feels disrupted.
โ Focus intentionally on God’s faithfulness today.
Takeaway Thought:
Lasting peace flows from trusting God and fixing our minds on Him.
