The Kitchen Newsletter.
Good day,
Welcome to The Kitchen. The Kitchen explores, prepares and serves the contents in the Body of the Word as the delicacies of the Father- to create the form of the Father on earth, make the earth in his likeness and to take charge of the economic destinies of nations for God.
Relax, and let's journey through the scriptures to see the Body of the Word.
Today, I want us to dive deep into something profound—the image of the invisible God, and more specifically, the hunger of the Father as revealed in the Body of the Word. This is an unveiling of the Father’s deepest longing, His appetite, His eternal passion.
Let us turn to Revelation 1:1-2 and 12-17:
“The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants what must take place. He made it known by sending His angel to His servant John, who testifies to everything he saw—the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ.”
John turned to see the voice speaking to him, and there He saw seven golden lampstands, and among them, someone like a Son of Man, clothed in a robe with a golden sash. His hair was white as snow, His eyes blazing like fire, His feet like glowing bronze, His voice like rushing waters. In His right hand were seven stars, and from His mouth came a sharp double-edged sword. His face shone like the sun in all its brilliance. John fell as though dead—but then Jesus placed His hand on him and said:
“Do not be afraid. I am the first and the last.”
Here is Jesus Christ, the Living Word, fully alive, fully human in appearance, yet fully divine. The Body of the Word is the image of the invisible God, and every detail of His body speaks of God’s beauty, His light, His glory… and above all, His hunger.
Yes, His hunger. The Father’s hunger.
Hebrews 1:3 tells us:
“The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful Word.”
When we behold the Body of the Word, we behold the Father’s intense longing. This hunger is not mere desire—it is an eternal, consuming appetite. Psalm 119:130 says:
“The unfolding of Your words gives light and understanding to the simple.”
Every detail of the Body of the Word generates light, revelation, and knowledge of the Father, because the Father’s hunger is always active, always seeking, always moving toward His desire.
Consider this: Revelation 1:14 describes the eyes of Jesus as blazing fire. The whole Body of the Word is fire—a fire that reveals the Father’s deep longing. Ezekiel 1:27 confirms this, showing a body full of fire, glowing and brilliant. Isaiah 30:27 explains the fiery passion of God:
“See, the name of the Lord comes from afar with burning anger… His lips are full of wrath, and His tongue a consuming fire.”
The Body of the Word is the aggressive hunger of the Father. It is His deepest longing, His passion, and His everlasting appetite. When we look at Jesus, we are not just seeing a form; we are seeing the Father’s eternal appetite in motion. This hunger governs His mood, His thoughts, His intentions, and His actions. Every current plan of God is rooted in this divine hunger, made visible in the Body of the Word.
And it goes deeper: the Body of the Word is also the bread of God—the one and only food of the Father. Exodus 25:30 commands:
“Put the bread of the presence on this table to be before me at all times.”
John 6:33-51 reveals that Jesus Himself is this living bread. The Father feeds on the Body of the Word; His hunger is satisfied in the Body of the Word. Every meal before the throne is a manifestation of the Father’s longing. Every fire, every blaze, every shining detail of the Body of the Word is His appetite made visible.
Friends, this is a hunger that has existed from eternity past and will continue forever. It is the aggressive longing of the Father for all times. The Body of the Word is the object of His appetite, the center of His passion, the eternal delight of His heart.
When you want to understand God—His mood, His current thoughts, His intentions—look to the Body of the Word. It is fire, it is light, it is bread, it is hunger. And in it, we discover the Father’s deepest desire: to feed on the Body of the Word
Father, thank You for revealing Yourself to us through Jesus Christ, Your Living Word. May we behold Your glory, feed on Your appetite, and be filled with the revelation of Your eternal longing.
