WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 25, 2026 HOLINESS IS A LIFELONG JOURNEY  A WORD FROM THE WORD: "But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, 'Be holy, for I am holy.'" 1 Peter 1:15-16 NKJV Holiness is unpopular in our days, but it is still one of God's requirements and demands from us, and the only way to see Him (Hebrews 12:14). It is not a one-off achievement, but a lifelong and ongoing process. If making heaven matters to you, then you must be holy, though it will cost you a lot of friends, 'opportunities' and pleasures of this world, but the reward far outweighs the cost and it's out of this world. We cannot try to be holy, we were made holy by God; all we need to do is to walk in that holiness, and live out our faith in the Holy God who has called us to be holy like Him, guided by the Holy Spirit; bearing the fruit of love that is deposited in our hearts when we first believed the Gospel. Don't defile God's temple, rather do your best by aligning with the guidance of the Holy Spirit to reflect God's character of holiness.
