THE PILGRIMS GUIDE SUNDAY MARCH 8, 2026 THE LEADERSHIP EXAMPLES OF THE LORD JESUS A WORD FROM THE WORD: "Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to you." Ephesians 5:2 NLT.  Without doubt it is a truthful fact that volumes have been written on the leadership examples of the LORD Jesus. In this devotional we would like to insert a few of these examples as we trust God to build on it in our lives. Throughout the earthly life and ministry of our LORD Jesus, He demonstrated exemplary leadership, and moreover, love, to humanity. Even chronic sinners were recipients of His love. Yes, that is because He came for such ones, and not for the righteous.  Most times, we are found wanting or at fault in our relationship with our neighbours in our daily dealings with them. If we had casted the burdens of interpersonal relationship on Him and taken His yoke of servant leadership on us and learned valuable leadership lessons from the LORD Jesus, we would have discovered that the impartation we received from Him avails much even to help us find rest for our souls.  The LORD Jesus is our example, as we yield our lives to His Lordship, He will help us to love our neighbours like ourselves. For us to be good leaders, we should be good servants, it is not realised in a vacuum.  The LORD Jesus Himself is a meek, humble, and servant leader.  PRAYER BULLETS: LORD Jesus, I would love to truly imbibe and practice Your leadership examples.
