*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 70*
*DATE:11th March 2026*
*TOPIC: THE REWARD OF LOVING GOD*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: JOHN 14:21 (NIV)*
*“Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”*
*Devotional Message:*

Yesterday we saw that the proof of true love for God is when we keep His commandments. We also examined some of these commandments in line with the Scriptures.

Jesus further assures us that if we love Him and walk in His commandments, He will reveal Himself to us. In other words, He will manifest Himself in our lives. This manifestation of God becomes evident in different dimensions of our lives.

The Bible records in Hebrews 12:14 that without peace and holiness no one will see the Lord. These are also among the commandments of God—that we should live at peace with all people and that we should be holy as our God is holy. When we live according to these commands, the result is the manifestation of God through our lives.

Many believers desire to walk in the power of God, but one of the key foundations for walking in divine power is a lifestyle of purity and holiness. If a person prays for power while living in sin, God cannot entrust them with such power because it would ultimately destroy them.

Jesus Himself walked in love and compassion. As a result, the healing anointing was evident in His ministry, and He even raised the dead. Because He walked in love, He could not misuse the anointing to destroy people. This is also one of the reasons God has not entrusted some people with power and manifestation. With the anger, bitterness, and hatred that many carry in their hearts, such power would lead to destruction rather than edification.

However, there is a reward for choosing to love God by keeping His commandments. Apart from inheriting eternal life and becoming citizens of heaven, we will also experience His manifestation while we are still here on earth. His presence and favor will be evident in our lives—in our families, careers, businesses, ministries, and marriages.

When a person truly loves God and walks in the fear of the Lord, the evidence will be visible to all. Just as it was with Job, God will cause such a person to prosper and multiply greatly.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, thank You for revealing that obedience is the true expression of love for You. Help me by Your Spirit to walk in holiness, peace, and purity so that my life may reflect Your glory. Remove every form of anger, bitterness, and disobedience from my heart, and teach me to walk in love just as Christ did. Let Your presence and power be manifested in my life for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
