*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 85* *DATE:26TH March 2026* *TOPIC: THE RESURRECTION: THE FOUNDATION OF OUR CONFIDENCE* *ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 4:25 (NKJV)* *“…who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.”* *Devotional Message:* Yesterday, we established that our confidence as overcomers is rooted in the Word of God—what He has spoken concerning us through Scripture. However, the strength of that confidence is anchored in the faithfulness of God to fulfill His Word. The resurrection of Jesus Christ stands as the ultimate proof of this faithfulness. Before His crucifixion, Jesus spoke of His death and resurrection, and exactly as He declared, it came to pass. This confirms that every word He speaks is true and dependable. If the resurrection is a reality—and indeed it is—then everything Christ has spoken concerning us is also true.Scripture declares that we are the head and not the tail, a city set upon a hill, the light of the world, and the salt of the earth. It also assures us that we are overcomers in Him. These are not mere words, but divine realities established through Christ and confirmed by His resurrection. Therefore, our confidence is not based on what the world says, but on what God has spoken. The world’s opinions lack foundation, but the Word of God is established, proven, and unchanging. Beloved, what has the Lord spoken concerning your life—your business, family, career, or ministry? Hold firmly to His Word. The resurrection is your assurance that God is faithful to bring every promise to pass.Scripture affirms that God is not a man that He should lie. This means that every promise He has given you carries the certainty of fulfillment. It is not only the knowledge of Scripture that builds confidence, but the evidence of its fulfillment. The resurrection of Christ is that evidence—it confirms that God’s Word is alive and trustworthy. Therefore, find the Scriptures that speak concerning your life. Meditate on them, confess them, and walk in obedience to them. As you do so, you will see the manifestation of what God has spoken. *Prayer* : Heavenly Father, I thank You for the resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is the foundation of my faith and confidence. I receive grace to trust fully in Your Word and to stand firmly on Your promises. Strengthen my faith and help me to walk in the reality of all that You have spoken concerning my life.
