Hey everyone! 🤗 I’m Bernice, and I’m honestly so happy to finally be in this space I’m a Medical VA, Administrative Assistant, and Social Media Manager. But the real life version? I’m just a normal girl navigating the same messy, anxious 😰, and beautiful parts of life as everyone else. As a Mental Health Specialist, I’m obsessed with how intentional Christ is about our minds. I truly believe He cares about our mental health just as much as our spirits, and I love talking about that intersection. I’m currently navigating life as a single woman, and while that journey has its moments, I’ve chosen to walk it hand-in-hand with Jesus. He’s my anchor through the adulting stress and the big dreams.
