As a Mental Health Specialist, Iâm obsessed with how intentional Christ is about our minds. I truly believe He cares about our mental health just as much as our spirits, and I love talking about that intersection.
Iâm currently navigating life as a single woman, and while that journey has its moments, Iâve chosen to walk it hand-in-hand with Jesus. Heâs my anchor through the adulting stress and the big dreams.
