*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 90* *DATE:31ST MARCH 2026* *TOPIC: THE POWER OF CALLING FOR HELP* *ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: MATTHEW 7:7 (NKJV)* “ *Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.”* *Devotional Message:* When a man is in need, he must be willing to call for help—from God and, at times, from the people God has placed around him. Scripture assures us that God is willing to help, yet His help is often activated when we seek Him. Jesus instructs us to ask, seek, and knock. This reveals that divine help is available, but it must be pursued. Many suffer not because God is unaware of their situation, but because they rely on their own strength and remain silent instead of calling upon Him. In Matthew 14:28–31, Peter walked on water at the command of Jesus. However, when he shifted his focus to the boisterous wind, he began to sink. In that moment, he cried out, “Lord, save me!” Immediately, Jesus stretched out His hand and rescued him. His deliverance came when he called for help. The woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25–34) also received her healing when she turned to Jesus in faith after exhausting all other options. Likewise, the disciples in the storm (Mark 4:35–41) struggled until they called upon Jesus, and He calmed the storm. Jabez, too, cried out to God concerning his condition, and the Lord answered him by blessing him and enlarging his territory (1 Chronicles 4:9–10). These examples reveal a consistent truth: those who receive help are those who call upon God. Silence in the midst of struggle often prolongs suffering, but calling upon God invites His intervention. Beloved, whatever you may be facing—whether sin, addiction, hardship, or any life challenge—God is ready to help you. Do not remain silent. Involve Him in your situation and call upon His name in faith. *Prayer:* Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your readiness to help me in every situation. I acknowledge my dependence on You and refuse to rely on my own strength. I receive grace to call upon You in faith and to trust in Your intervention. Stretch forth Your hand and deliver me from every challenge I face.
