YOU ARE NOT JUST DISTRACTED… YOU ARE UNDER ATTACK. Not every battle in your life is physical. Some of it is spiritual warfare disguised as entertainment. The enemy understands something many believers ignore: If he cannot stop your destiny… He will distract your focus. That’s why the Bible warns us: 📖 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about…” — 1 Peter 5:8 Distraction is not harmless… It is a strategy. You wake up in the morning… Before prayer… Before the Word… You pick your phone. Meanwhile, Scripture says: 📖 “Seek ye first the kingdom of God…” — Matthew 6:33 But many are seeking trends before truth. Let’s be honest… You spend hours consuming: Gossip Drama Arguments Yet struggle to spend time with God. And you wonder why your spiritual life feels dry? 📖 “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word…” — Matthew 4:4 If you are not feeding on the Word… You are starving spiritually. Here is a hard truth: Anything that consistently takes your attention away from God… Is not neutral. 📖 “Keep thy heart with all diligence…” — Proverbs 4:23 But today, many have handed their hearts to algorithms. Let me go deeper… Satan doesn’t need to destroy you… If he can keep you distracted. Because a distracted believer cannot discern. 📖 “Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind…” — Romans 12:2 But how will your mind be renewed… When it is constantly polluted? Some of you say: “God is not speaking to me…” But your mind is too noisy. 📖 “Be still, and know that I am God…” — Psalms 46:10 Stillness is required for clarity. Distraction kills stillness. Let me shock you: Your attention is your spiritual currency. Where you invest it… determines what grows in your life. 📖 “Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” — Matthew 6:21 If your attention is in gossip… Your heart will follow. Now hear this: Some of your delays are not from the devil… They are from undisciplined habits. 📖 “Let us lay aside every weight…” — Hebrews 12:1 Not everything is a sin… But it can still slow you down. You want growth? Then discipline your focus. 📖 “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16 You cannot feed the flesh all day… And expect to be strong in the spirit. Let me be very direct: Your algorithm is discipling you. The question is: Is it discipling you toward God… or away from Him? This is your wake-up call. Not motivation. Correction.
