Sharing my Easter Sunday Devotional! (S.O.A.P Method) Scripture: “He is not here, for He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where He lay.” - MATTHEW 28:6 (ESV) Observation: “He has risen” proves how God always fulfills His promises. He was pierced on the cross and died for our sins. Then, on the third day, He rose again from death, which guarantees “forgiveness” on our transgressions and a fantastic future of eternal life in His kingdom. Hence, we should trust and have FAITH in Him. Application: The resurrection of Christ from death serves as the “GOOD NEWS” that we ought to share with others. He died on the cross out of His love and sacrifice for us, and by His wounds, we are healed. His resurrection proves that through FAITH in Him, we would never perish! Thus, we shall both be EAGER and NOT be ASHAMED to share this gospel to more people, to OPEN THEIR EYES on the POWER OF CHRIST in transforming our lives of darkness to LIGHT! Prayer: Praise to You, Lord Jesus Christ! 🤍 Your resurrection is not only a blessing, but also a “PROMISE” fulfilled, “PROOF” that You truly are the Son of God with a power so divine and unfathomable, which gives us “PURPOSE” to do things that honor You.
