*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 112*
*DATE: 22ND APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: THE PATHWAY TO VICTORY IN BATTLE*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:— NUMBERS 10:9 (NKJV)*
*“When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God, and you will be saved from your enemies.”*
*Devotional Message:*

Scripture reveals that when the children of Israel went to battle, they did not rely on physical strength alone. Their victory was rooted in three key spiritual principles: the Word of the Lord, praise, and priestly intercession.

First, they moved with the Word of the Lord. Divine instruction gave them assurance that God was with them. Victory begins with hearing God. When you act on His Word, you carry His backing, and confidence is established in your heart.

Second, they engaged in praise. Praise is not only a response after victory—it is a weapon before and during battle. God inhabits the praises of His people, and when He takes His place, He fights on behalf of His own.

This was evident in the days of Jehoshaphat. When faced with overwhelming opposition, he appointed men to praise the Lord. As they began to praise, God caused confusion among their enemies, and victory was granted without struggle.

Third, the priesthood was active through the sounding of trumpets. This symbolized spiritual covering and intercession going ahead of the people. In the same way, believers are called to send prayers ahead of every step. Prayer prepares the way and confronts opposition before it manifests.

Beloved, battles in life are inevitable, but defeat is not.

Before you take any step—in your business, family, ministry, career, or any area of life—seek God’s Word, engage in praise, and send forth prayers.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, I thank You for being my victory in every battle. Teach me to seek Your Word before I act, to trust You through praise, and to remain steadfast in prayer. Go before me in every situation and fight for me. Let no opposition prevail against me, and grant me victory in all areas of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Daily Bible Reading:*
Numbers 10:1–10, 2 Chronicles 20:1–30, Psalm 22:1–5, Philippians 4:4–7
