*🕊 DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 119*
*DATE: 29TH APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: SURRENDERING TIME AND RESOURCES TO GOD*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: DEUTERONOMY 6:5 (NKJV)*
“ *And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.” —*
*Devotional Message:*

Having considered the surrender of self and loved ones, we now turn to another vital dimension of a surrendered life—our time and resources.

Joshua made a bold declaration: “As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” This was not merely a statement of intention, but a commitment that required time, devotion, and prioritization of God above all else.

Beloved, one of the subtle challenges of our time is being overly occupied with activities while becoming spiritually unavailable to God. Many give financially and support Kingdom work, which is commendable, yet neglect the giving of their time.

God desires fellowship.A surrendered life creates time for:personal communion with God in prayer and His Word,Corporate fellowship with other believers and Evangelism and sharing the gospel.

Interceding for others, including those in ministry and mission fields

Time is a sacred investment. When we truly make God first, we no longer treat Him as an afterthought but as the center of our daily lives.

Likewise, our resources are entrusted to us for Kingdom purposes. Finances, influence, and opportunities are not accidental—they are given so that God’s agenda may advance through us.

For some, the call may be to go into the mission field. For others, it may be to support those who go. In both cases, participation is required. The spread of the gospel and the work of God on earth are sustained through surrendered resources.

When our time and resources are fully yielded to God, He directs their use for His glory and ensures that His purposes are fulfilled through us.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gift of time and the resources You have entrusted to me. Forgive me for the times I have not prioritized You. Teach me to create time for fellowship, prayer, and service. I surrender my time and resources into Your hands—use them for Your glory and for the advancement of Your Kingdom. Guide me to be a faithful steward in all that I have. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Daily Bible Reading:*
Deuteronomy 6:4–9, Joshua 24:14–15, Matthew 6:19–21, 2 Corinthians 9:6–8
