* DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 120*
*DATE: 30TH APRIL 2026*
*TOPIC: A LIFE THAT BRAGS ABOUT GOD*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: PSALM 34:1â2 (NKJV)*
*âI will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the LORDâŚâ*
*Devotional Message:*
The psalmist declares a powerful posture of lifeââI will bless the LORD at all times⌠My soul shall make its boast in the LORD.â This reveals a heart that is fully captivated by Godâs goodness, faithfulness, and love.
To âboastâ or âbragâ about the Lord is not prideâit is a holy declaration of who God is and what He has done. It is the intentional testimony of His works, spoken both in private and in public.
Beloved, this should be the attitude of every disciple.We are called to speak of:His faithfulness in our lives,His goodness in our journey,His mercy that sustains us and His power that delivers and saves.
Such a life of continual praise does more than honor Godâit becomes a witness to others. When we openly testify of His works, hearts are stirred, faith is awakened, and many are drawn to seek Him.
However, it is important to understand that our praise is not a means of manipulating God, but a response to His nature and His deeds. We praise Him because He is worthyâfaithful, just, and unchanging.
When we magnify God before men, we present Him rightlyâas a loving Father, a faithful Redeemer, and a gracious Lord. This becomes a powerful tool of evangelism, for many come to know Him through the testimonies of His people.
David lived this reality. His life was marked by praise in every seasonâwhether in victory or in trial. Through this, he cultivated a deep relationship with God and experienced His sustaining grace.
Let your life continually speak of Godâs goodness. Refuse to be silent. Testify of His works. Sing of His faithfulness. Declare His name boldly. As you do, you glorify God and become a vessel through which others encounter Him. For a life that continually praises God becomes a light that draws many into His Kingdom.
*Prayer* :
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your goodness, faithfulness, and love toward me. Teach me to praise You at all times and to boldly declare Your works before men. Remove every fear and shame, and fill my heart with gratitude. Let my life be a testimony of Your grace, drawing others to You. In Jesusâ name, Amen.
