* DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 121*
*DATE: 1ST MAY 2026*
*TOPIC: A LIFE THAT BRAGS ABOUT GOD_2*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: MATTHEW 5:16 (NKJV)*
“ *Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”* —
*Devotional Message:*

Yesterday, we saw how David continually praised and boasted in the Lord, and how God granted him victory in his battles. Today, we are reminded that bragging about God is not only expressed through words—but also through our actions.

Our actions must align with our confession.

To truly boast in the Lord is to live in a way that reflects His nature:Walking in holiness as He is holy,Living with integrity in all circumstances,Speaking words that are seasoned with grace and Remaining faithful to God and to our commitments.Beloved, a life that reflects God becomes a living testimony.

When our conduct aligns with God’s Word, we demonstrate that we truly belong to Him. This is how our lives “brag” about God—by revealing His character through us.

Scripture gives us powerful examples. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to idols, even at the cost of being thrown into the fiery furnace. Daniel remained faithful in prayer despite the threat of the lions’ den. Their actions declared their allegiance to God more loudly than words ever could.

Their faith was not theoretical—it was demonstrated. And in response, God manifested His power, delivering them and glorifying His name before men.

In the same way, when we stand firm in righteousness and remain faithful in our conduct, God reveals Himself through our lives. Our obedience becomes a platform for His glory.

Let your life speak as loudly as your words.Do not only declare God—demonstrate Him.Live in holiness, walk in integrity, and stand firm in faith even when it is costly. As you do, your life will become a testimony that draws others to God.

For when your actions align with your confession, God is glorified, and His presence is revealed through you.

*Prayer:*

Heavenly Father, I thank You for calling me to reflect Your nature. Help me to live a life that honors You not only in words but also in actions. Teach me to walk in holiness, integrity, and faithfulness. Strengthen me to stand firm in righteousness even in difficult times. Let my life be a testimony that brings glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
