* DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 125*
*DATE: 5TH MAY 2026*
*TOPIC: FOR SUCH A a TIME AS THIS*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE:— ESTHER 4:14 (NKJV)*
“ *Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”*
*Devotional Message:*
These were the words of Mordecai to Esther—a divine reminder that her position as queen was not accidental, but purposeful. She had been strategically placed by God so that deliverance might come to His people in a critical moment.
Esther’s elevation was tied to assignment.
Likewise, the life of Joseph reveals the same pattern. God positioned him in authority in Egypt, and through that placement, divine wisdom flowed that preserved nations during famine. His influence became a channel of salvation and provision.
Beloved, this truth applies to every believer.
Wherever God has placed you—whether in employment, leadership, ministry, business, or family—it is not by chance. It is for purpose. You are positioned as a vessel through which God’s will is to be expressed on the earth.In your workplace, you may be the answer to someone’s need.In your community, you may be the light that reveals Christ.In your family, you may be the bridge through which salvation comes.
In positions of influence, you are called to uphold godly principles and righteousness.
God entrusts resources, opportunities, and influence not merely for personal advancement, but for the advancement of His Kingdom. Just as in the early church, provision flowed so that none lacked—this remains God’s desire through yielded vessels.
To recognize this is to live with intentionality.You are not where you are by accident. You are there by divine design.Reflect on your position .Have you discerned the purpose for which God has placed you there?
Do not overlook your assignment. Embrace it with faithfulness and obedience.For it is through yielded lives that God brings light, provision, deliverance, and transformation to others.Indeed, for such a time as this, you have been positioned.
*Prayer:*
Heavenly Father, I thank You for positioning me according to Your purpose. Open my eyes to understand why I am where I am. Help me to be faithful in my assignment and to use every resource, opportunity, and influence for Your glory. Let my life become a vessel through which Your will is accomplished on earth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
