The Bible promises us long life (Psalm 91:16), but some of God’s servants still pass away at a younger age. Perhaps a few of them preferred being with the Lord instead of continue to battle health issues. Joni Lamb unexpectedly died yesterday at 65 from back injury complications. I never met the Daystar Television Network co-founder personally, but we once exchanged emails. I read Joni’s autobiography, which ministered to me and wrote to her about that. She emailed a nice reply. Whenever Joni had a guest on her “Table Talk” program that piqued my interest, I would watch it online. I pray the Holy Spirit will comfort Joni’s family during this difficult time, and Daystar will continue preaching the gospel to multitudes.
