* DOMINION DAILY DEVOTION ~ DAY 136*
*DATE: 16TH MAY 2026*
*TOPIC: THE POWER OF UNITY IN IMPACT*
*ANCHOR SCRIPTURE: PSALM 133:1 (NKJV)*
*“How good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!”*
*Devotional Message:*

As we continue exploring the subject of impact, it is important to understand that transforming a society, nation, and the world is not merely an individual assignment but a collective responsibility of the Body of Christ.

God designed the Church to function in unity.Scripture declares that one shall chase a thousand, but two shall chase ten thousand. This reveals the multiplied power and effectiveness that comes through agreement and unity. When believers walk together in love, harmony, and common purpose, their impact becomes far greater than isolated individual efforts.

We also see this principle in the account of the tower of Babel. Though their motive was wrong, God acknowledged the power of unity by saying that because the people were one and had one language, nothing they purposed to do would be restrained from them. Their project was only interrupted when their language was confused and division entered among them.

Likewise, one of the enemy’s greatest strategies against the Church today is division.Through denominational pride, cultural barriers, jealousy, selfish ambition, offenses, and lack of love, many believers have become separated from one another. As a result, the Church often has many gatherings but little transformational impact upon society.

The early church, however, demonstrated another pattern.They walked in love, fellowship, unity, prayer, and sharing with one another. Because of this unity, God’s power moved mightily among them, and many people were continually added to the Church. Their oneness became a testimony to the world of the reality of Christ.

Beloved, unity does not mean uniformity, but it means walking together under one Lord, one faith, and one purpose despite differences in background or function. When the Church embraces love and unity: Communities are transformed, Nations experience godly influence, Kingdom impact increases, The witness of Christ becomes stronger and Society sees the reality of God through His people.

Love remains the bond that preserves unity and perfects relationships among believers.If we desire to impact our generation deeply, then we must reject division, competition, bitterness, and selfish ambition.

Let us embrace love, humility, cooperation, and unity as the Body of Christ. For where unity dwells, God commands His blessing, and through a united Church the world encounters the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

*Prayer* :
Heavenly Father, help me to walk in love and unity with other believers. Remove every spirit of division, pride, jealousy, and selfish ambition from Your Church. Teach us to work together for the advancement of Your Kingdom. Let the Body of Christ arise in oneness and may our unity bring transformation to communities, nations, and the world. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
