Worship invites His presence and strengthens the spirit. 🙏 Prayer Prayer is not weakness—it is connection with God. In every temptation, you can run to Him and receive strength. 🍽️ Fasting Fasting teaches us to discipline the flesh and submit it to God’s will. When the spirit becomes stronger, the flesh becomes weaker. Do not be discouraged if you are struggling right now. What matters is that you keep fighting and keep coming back to God. God is not looking for perfect people—He is looking for hearts willing to surrender and rise again. No matter how strong the temptation is, God’s grace is still greater.
