DEPRESSION IS AN ENEMY THE CHURCH MUST FIGHT

There is warfare going on. Christians must understand spiritual weapons.

Truth fights lies and delusion. Righteousness fights accusation. Faith fights fear and satanic doubt. Thanksgiving fights anxiety and loss of perspective.

These things are not religious decorations. They are weapons. And one of the enemies many people are facing today is depression.

You cannot make peace with depression. It is an enemy to fight.

Some people think because something has a clinical explanation, therefore spiritual realities are absent. Meanwhile many people were depressed for years and after deliverance it disappeared immediately.

There are spirits that cooperate with hopelessness, despair, heaviness, confusion, and darkness.

Depression is deeply connected to hopelessness and loss of faith in God’s goodness and plans.

The person slowly starts agreeing with darkness. Agreeing with hopeless thoughts. Agreeing with despair. Meanwhile God has called His people to war.

You must be armed.
The battles we fight require weapons. Spiritual understanding. Stability. Truth. Faith. Righteousness. Thanksgiving. Prayer.

Many believers are too passive concerning battles that are trying to destroy them.

You must stop treating your enemies casually.

You must take up your weapons and fight. You have to win if you must stay free and ready for another victory because the battle is on and on until we bid farewell to the earth.

Stay focused!
