Maturing in Christ isn’t about saying the right things.
It shows up in what you stop entertaining,
What you laugh at?
What you listen to?
What do you tolerate?
What you walk away from?

The world says, “life is short, enjoy it.”
But hide the truth that:
"Eternity is long. Prepare for it"
A lot of what people call “living”
is just seeking validation in ungodly ways.

Attention. Approval. Desire.
Doing things you know aren’t right,
just to feel seen, wanted, or included.
Thinking ill of others, twisting the Word of God to justify yourself, calling compromise “grace” and confusion “freedom.”

You don’t “fit in” anymore,
because you were never meant to.
At some point, you realize:
you can’t carry God and still carry the world.

“Adulterers! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.”
— James 4:4
