DAY'S REFLECTION
God is not only interested in our spirituality; He is also interested in the quality of our work. In Exodus, Bezalel was filled with the Spirit of God, receiving wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and skill for craftsmanship. This reminds us that excellence is not merely a human achievement—it can be a divine empowerment.
However, spiritual gifting alone is not enough. Proverbs teaches that diligence distinguishes a person and opens doors to greater opportunities. Many people possess talent, but only those who consistently develop and apply it rise to higher levels of influence and impact.
Consider a teacher who prepares thoroughly for every lesson. Over time, learners respect the teacher's competence, and opportunities for leadership emerge. Similarly, an artisan, entrepreneur, minister, or student who works diligently often gains recognition because excellence attracts attention.
