When God led Lot's family out of Sodom, the instruction was simple: don't look back.

Lot's wife looked back and became stuck in the very thing God was trying to save her from.

How many of us do the same?

We romanticize old relationships that drained us.
We miss people God removed.
We revisit places, patterns, and habits that delayed our growth.

Not everything you miss is meant to be recovered.

Some things were left behind so you could move forward.

My prayer is that whenever you're tempted to return to what God has already delivered you from, the Holy Spirit reminds you why He led you out in the first place.

Trust God's direction more than your nostalgia.
What's ahead of you is far greater than anything you left behind.
