Ezekiel 22:30 NIV Whenever God reaches out to a man or woman, it is not because He wants to waste that life, but on the contrary, it is to use such a person/life to His glory and to benefit humanity. A cursory look at the Scriptures will confirm this. From the context of our anchor Scripture, God is still looking for available men and women who He would, as a result of their surrendered availability make 'threshing instruments with teeth' in His hand for His glory, and to the benefit of humanity. If you respond appropriately and correctly to this Godly search, you would be the best for it, and as such, become a great tool in God's hand for a greater work among the generation, and even beyond. But this begins with a deliberate personal decision to be available and then respond to God's search and call. Are you available for God's use?
