The company you keep influences and determines what accompany you and what you eventually become. Make no mistake about this, evil friends corrupt good morals and character. As Christians who are believers in, and followers of our LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ, we have a worldview; however, although we're in this world, but in the real and proper 'spiritual perspective' we're not of it. The word of God is our plumline through the 'power' of His Precious Holy Spirit indwelling inside us will not allow conformity nor compromise. Our LORD Jesus, throughout His 31/2 years of earthly ministry was a 'Realist' as He came to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10). What a friend we have in Jesus? You will do yourself a world of good, by trusting God's Spirit to help and enable you mind the company you keep.
