PROFOUND INSIGHT
A WORD FROM THE WORD:
"Those who are wise will shine as bright as the sky, and those who lead many to righteousness will shine like the stars forever." Daniel 12:3 NLT.
When you want to fully understand and savour the true value of profound insight, you need to hear and appreciate what these godly and Biblical characters said. From Daniel, we read 'the wise will shine... like the stars forever,' and according to James, the natural inclinations of the wise are among others, their good life, humility, purity, sincerity, submissiveness, peaceable, attentive, unbiased, merciful and good fruit. (James 3:13-18)
Our foundational Scripture reflects a depth of comprehension and appreciation of God's truth. This encompasses and embodies more than mere facts, and exhibits a profound awareness of God's ways and purposes.
The word of God says we’re here on earth to bear witness to Him (Isaiah 43:10-12; Acts 1:8). Witnesses of how His grace and love can sustain us in this mortal and sinful world. A world that is filled with anguish, pain, sorrow and death. We're not exempt from these things just because we're Christians, but are empowered by these, to joyfully endure and overcome them and other such impediments by God's grace. Often, our greatest witness is during these periods of tough times. Our witness is always greater than our words, and this is because our actions are the true manifestations of our real intentions.
PRAYER BULLETS:
1). Father LORD, give me wisdom in all my endeavours, empower me to manifest Christ to all those who will come my way, as I shine as a star to your glory.
2). May I be endued with wisdom, and be found as wise, as turning many to righteousness.
